Large Mold Remediation in St. Petersburg

This vacant bedroom needed serious mold remediation work after it was neglected for a length of time. Squatters damaged the property, and the new buyer wanted SERVPRO of Central St. Petersburg/Pinellas Park to fix it and make it a safe and clean environment. The demolition work included the damaged walls, ceilings, and a good general cleaning. All the rubble was bagged according to safety regulations and tossed. We thermal fogged the entire house with industry leading products to kill any existing fungi and their spores and then deodorized the structure. We tested for hidden mold colonies in the remaining areas of the house with infrared detectors to identify moisture. Upon our complete and verification of a safe environment, the new owner brought in his own crew to finish the rebuild.
